My sister Kate and I took my niece Kahli to see Walking with the Dinosaurs today... It was the not the spectacle of a show I had hoped it to be. I suppose it was a good try it out one time type thing, but I would not go again. The best part was of course the T-Rex! Oh and the comment that some kid sitting behind me made..."Hey dad, when is that guy (being the paleontologist narrator) going to give a turn to someone else?..I don't know why we are sitting up here...I'm suppose to be down there dad, WALKING with the dinosaurs.." Then the dad says..."Ya but if you get too close they might eat you".

Walking with the Dinos...
My sister Kate and I took my niece Kahli to see Walking with the Dinosaurs today... It was the not the spectacle of a show I had hoped it to be. What a great story. My son went to WWD a few years ago. He loved it but he was 6 at the time.
ReplyDeleteI am amazed at the amount of content that you have added over the last few days. I especially enjoyed the ski shopping story. Never occurred to me that colour would be important. Too bad the snow seems to be disappearing so fast this spring.
My niece is 6! That must be the cool age to go see WWD!

Ya I'm actually getting a bit pissed that it has been so nice out...not only because of my skis..but also because I totally dislike the brown gross pre-spring season!
